Col. Kjäll Gopaul, Air Force Personnel Operations Activity deputy director, explains to Reserve Citizen Airmen air transportation specialists with the 26th Aerial Port Squadron from Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texason how to attach the reach pendant to a hovering UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter.
