A UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter flown by Texas Army National Guard Company C, 2-149 Aviation Soldiers hover over 26th Aerial Port Squadron Reserve Citizen Airmen attempting to attach an A-22 cargo bag with 2,000 pounds of water filled barrels to the helicopter’s cargo hook, June 10, 2018, at Joint Base San Antonio-Camp Bullis, Texas.
