The 433rd Maintenance Group is responsible for all organizational-level maintenance and logistics support for all assigned C-5M aircraft. The group provides overall management, administration and policy oversight to the 433rd Aircraft Maintenance and 433rd Maintenance Squadrons.

Mission: The 433rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron is responsible for performing on-equipment maintenance support to maintain the health of eight assigned C-5M aircraft enabling the fleet to meet operations training requirements and strategic airlift mission taskings. It trains assigned reserve personnel and maintains unit readiness to augment active duty gaining major command forces as required.

Mission: The 433rd Maintenance Squadron provides essential on and off-equipment repair and support maintenance for all assigned C-5M aircraft. It maintains and operates aerospace ground equipment and fabricates structural components for aircraft and associated support systems. It is responsible for all home station check and refurbish inspections and intermediate maintenance to support local training and worldwide taskings as directed by the Air Mobility Command.
