The 433rd Medical Group provides the overall managerial, administrative and operational oversight for more than 400 medical personnel. The group's Aerospace Medicine, Aeromedical Staging and Medical Squadrons provide critical support for combat readiness.

Mission: The 433rd Aeromedical Staging Squadron provides mission-ready Airmen to support patient movement throughout the Aeromedical Evacuation system.

Mission: The peacetime mission of the 433rd Aerospace Medicine Squadron is to medically qualify 433rd Airlift Wing Airmen for worldwide duty through healthy promotion and delivery of superior quality health readiness. During wartime, the unit provides fit-to-fight medical support to the wing and augments a fixed medical facility in support of the warfighter.

Mission: The 433rd Medical Squadron provides medical, logistics and administrative personnel and services to support the Air Force Theater. Support includes flight medicine, nursing, mental health, dental, surgical, emergency medicine and critical care augmentation services.
