The 433rd Operations Group provides command and staff supervision for the 68th Airlift, 356th Airlift, 433rd Operations Support, 433rd Aeromedical Evacuation, and 733rd Training Squadrons. It also provides tactical airlift support via the 433rd Airlift Control Flight.

68th Airlift Squadron

Mission: The 68th Airlift Squadron is the premier Strategic Airlift Squadron in the Air Force Reserve Command. The unit provides timely C-5M strategic airlift capability in support of worldwide requirements as determined by the AFRC, Air Mobility Command, White House Military Office, Drug Enforcement Agency and other organizations. The unit's 148 warriors consist of pilots, flight engineers and loadmasters as well as a full administrative staff who are deployable year round to fill contingency operations on demand.

356th Airlift Squadron

Mission: The 356th Airlift Squadron is the Air Force Reserve's only Formal Training Unit providing initial and advanced C-5M flight qualification for Air Mobility Command, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve Command aircrews. The unit's 70 selectively manned aircrew instructors train and produce up to 500 aircrew members in nine different curricula for pilots, loadmasters and engineers. It also provides airlift support for peacetime, contingency and humanitarian operations.

AEROMEDICAL EVACUATION SQUADRON

Mission: The 433rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron trains, equips, recruits and retains citizen Airmen to be mission ready and to operate the worldwide Aeromedical Evacuation system in war and peace.

733rd Training Squadron

Mission: The 733rd Training Squadron is responsible for the formal training unit student administration for initial and upgrade students on temporary duty in all C-5M crew positions (pilot, flight engineer, loadmaster). The 733rd TRS supports both Air Mobility Command and Air Force Reserve Command units that employ the C-5M. Course lengths range from 12 to 93 training days and peak student load can exceed 200 per year. Additionally, 733rd TRS has members assigned as instructors at the Air Education and Training Command-led Career Enlisted Aviator Center of Excellence which lays the foundation for enlisted aircrew training in all Air Force weapon systems.

Contingency Response Flight

Mission: The primary mission of the 433rd Contingency Response Flight is to provide a highly mobile contingency response element to manage, coordinate, support and control global mobility forces and missions worldwide.
