Citizen Airmen port dawgs participate in Lone Star Vigilance

One of Harp’s duties was to approve the placement of panels on the ground for approaching UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter flown by Soldiers with the Texas Army National Guard Company C, 2-149 Aviation to hover over during sling loading of cargo during the exercise.
