Reverend James A. Tamayo, First Bishop of Laredo and former 433rd Airlift Wing Chaplain looks out of the C-5M Super Galaxy Feb. 16, 2020 at Laredo, Texas. This was his first time in a C-5M. “To see in Laredo another C-5 visiting our community is great,” said Tomayo. “My prayers have always been with the members of the 4-3-3 and I know the great work that they do.”
