Million Piece Mission: The Ultimate Virtual Puzzle
U.S. Air Force, in partnership with full-service creative agency, GSD&M, launches the largest virtual multiplayer puzzle for the entire world to solve together. “Million Piece Mission” was created with a 1.03 gigapixel image of the fourth building of the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, taken shortly after the building’s opening in 2016 by photographer John Opie.

The deadline for the Operational Camouflage Pattern utility uniform is extended to Sept. 1, 2020. The following items will be required when wearing the OCP utility uniform: coyote brown boots, coyote brown T-shirt, U.S. Flag spice brown color criteria, spice brown officer rank, and green or coyote brown socks. Officer OPR policy update due to COVID-19 response
A new policy affecting a specific segment of Total Force officers impacted by the Department of Defense stop movement order, has extended the time under supervision required to initiate an Officer Performance Report from 120 days to 180. This temporary policy change applies only to officers who received an OPR prior to a projected permanent change of station which coincided with the stop movement order.

Evaluation Processes Updated To Serve The Total Force
Civilian computer programmers assigned to HQ Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley AFB, Colo., introduced a new process to reduce the administrative burden of generating evaluations across the Air Force. David Kent and Charles Mayfield, programmers from the Directorate of Future Operations and Integration (DPX), designed the new process which scans data points across multiple systems to generate an evaluation before submitting it to the member’s unit.
