433 AW earns 2011 Raincross Trophy
The Raincross Trophy has been in existence for 13 years and recognizes the work of aircrews assigned to wings under the 4th Air Force flag who display exceptional airmanship during an individual mission or sustained operations. The 2010 Raincross Trophy marks the second time the Alamo Wing has been presented the prestigious award. The 433rd Airlift Wing was the first recipient of the award in 1998, when it officially assigned to the now closed Kelly Air Force Base, Texas.
