Aug. 3, 2022 6th Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force laid to rest McCoy, who served as the first senior enlisted advisor of Strategic Air Command and was selected as one of the 12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year in 1974, passed away July 13, at the age of 91.
