March 29, 2019 Beach Gate entrance at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston under construction Beginning Monday, April 1, and ending Thursday, July 25, the Beach gate to the San Antonio Military Medical Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston will undergo construction as a part of safety and security upgrades across JBSA.
