U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. John Healy, Chief of the Air Force Reserve and Commander of Air Force Reserve Command, dons sterile gloves during an aeromedical evacuation demonstration by members of the 433rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, April 6, 2025. During the exercise, personnel simulated in-flight patient care using a medical mannequin and transfusion equipment to showcase aeromedical evacuation capabilities.
