Retired MWDs looking for family, homes, couches
Melissa Little, 59th Medical Wing behavioral health preventive medicine researcher (left), professor Robert Klesges, and Jerry Britt, 341st Training Squadron adoptions and dispositions coordinator, tour the military working dogs kennel June 26 at Joint Base San Antonio. Thousands of MWDs are stationed around the world placing themselves in harms way detecting bombs, land mines and subduing threatening people; all in the name of keeping Americans safe.
