Chief Porter Retires
Chief Master Sgt. Richard A. Porter, 433rd Maintenance Squadron superintendent, holds the United States flag presented to him during his retirement in the 68th Airlift Squadron Auditorium at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas Feb. 9, 2019.
