Smith Jr., 433rd Airlift Wing commander, and 433rd AW Command Chief Master Sgt. Shana C. Cullum at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas Oct. 1, 2018. Ogden and White were joined by Col. Matthew J. Burger, 452nd Air Mobility Wing commander, 452nd AMW Command Chief Master Sgt. Cynthia Villa and 22 civic leaders from the March Air Reserve Base, California area. The Air Force conducts civic leaders’ tours to visit military installations and organizations to build vital relationships and understanding of the military mission in communities which surround military installations.
