Texas C-5M delivers supplies to Puerto Rico

A Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) vehicle is loaded onto an Air Force Reserve Command C-5M Super Galaxy at Colorado Springs, Colorado Oct. 1, 2017. The C-5M, flown by Citizen Airmen with the 433rd Airlift Wing, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, took the JISCC, 11 Soldiers, supplies and two fuel trucks to Puerto Rico to aid hurricane recovery efforts.
