C-5Ms fly into Puerto Rico to help Americans
Soldiers with the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and Airmen assigned to the 22nd Airlift Squadron, 60th Air Mobility Wing stationed at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., into a C-5M Super Galaxy from Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas flown by the 68th Airlift Squadron at Campbell Army Airfield. The helicopter is one of eight aircraft the division deployed to Puerto Rico, Sept. 27, 2017 as part of the Defense Department’s Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission to support Hurricane Maria relief.
