Alamo Wing participates in Fiesta Finale
The 433rd Airlift Wing's parade float and participants assemble prior to hitting the streets of San Antonio during the Fiesta Flambeau Parade, April 29, 2017. Over 700,000 spectators lined the streets of San Antonio on a blustery spring evening to see over 200 floats and marching bands perform in the grand finale of Fiesta Week. The parade's theme was “City Lights and Celebrations.” and according to the Fiesta San Antonio website, is “The largest illuminated night parade in the world.” It is estimated, 750,000 viewers (television and internet) watched this year's parade.
