Senior Airmen Eric Garcia and Joseph Hargrave, 433rd Maintenance Squadron aircraft fuel systems technicians, secure the manikin to a gurney before transporting them to the hydraulic scissor lift Dec. 17, 2015 at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas.
