Maribel Lara, 433rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron medical nurses, review the C-5 litter configurations during a pre-flight briefing Oct. 7, 2015 at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. The 433rd AES training mission was the third training flight in a series of five training evolution's.
