Lt. Col. James Miller, 433rd Operations Group deputy commander and copilot for the incentive flight, works to get in line with a a newly arrived KC-135 Stratotanker from McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas to perform air refueling Aug. 15. Fifteen Airmen all across Joint Base San Antonio were hand-selected by their leadership to take part in an incentive flight, hosted by the 433rd OG. Incentive flights are designed to provide a visible reward to Air Force active duty and Air Reserve component military personnel for outstanding service and motivate other military personnel to similar performance levels.
