Texas Alamo Wing ready to fly, fight and win

Crewmembers from the 433rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron load litters and equipment on to a KC-135 just prior to departing for a training exercise, May 16, 2015 in Hilo, Hawaii, during exercise “Alamo Stampede.” More than 140 members from several squadrons in the 433rd Airlift Wing participated in the event. Training included, egress non-ejection, self aid and buddy care, land and water survival training, air-refueling, cargo preparation, and increment monitoring of cargo for inspection during all phases of the flyaway to include pre-deployment, deployment, and redeployment.
