Elvira Castillo, 433rd Aerospace Medicine Squadron, injects Senior Airman Isaac Arriaga with a flu vaccine during the 433rd Airlift Wing's Unit Training Assembly on Oct. 4, 2014 at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas.
