High temps no sweat for maintainers
Crew chiefs from the 433rd Aircraft Maintenance Squardon tow a C-5A Galaxy on the flight line into the wash rack here Aug 10. Temperatures on the flight line are 15-20 degrees higher than what is reported by weather information sites. According to the Airman’s Manual, “Heat can be incapacitating or deadly.” The manual says frequent hydrating is necessary when exercising or working. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech Sgt. Carlos J.
