Civic leaders from Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, boarded a KC-135 Stratotanker, headed to Peterson Air Force Base and the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, March 21-22, 2014. The Civic Leader Tour was sponsored by the 433rd Airlift Wing, who coordinated with the 302nd Airlift Wing, the Air Force Academy and the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), highlighting the Air Force’ s total force concept and education.
