Air Force tests ability to recall retirees

Retired Air Force majors and master sergeants take part in the 2009 Push-Pull exercise at Lackland AFB. This is the first time Push-Pull used retirees, all of whom volunteered to take part. The exercise tested the ability of the Air Force to recall Airmen with specific skills should their expertise be needed in the future. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman Brian McGloin)
