Reserve Medical technicial training enhanced by deli product
Reservists from the 433rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron used pig's feet to practice various suturing techniques, during the April Unit Training Assembly. Pig's skin is very similar to human skin and provided the flying medical technicians a way to gain realistic practice. Additionally, the training materials are available at a local grocery store at a low cost. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman Brian McGloin)
