433rd Airlift Wing crew chief aides in mission success
Tech. Sgt. Luis Jaramillo, a Reserve C-5A crew chief from Lackland's 433rd Airlift Wing, checks systems prior to takeoff. Jaramillo repaired a hydraulic leak on a training mission from Lackland AFB, TX. to Hickam AFB, Hawaii, in which pieces of equipment were hauled and eventually transfered into the hands of the Washoe Tribe, Reno, Nev. His work contributed to the overall success of the mission, part of project TransAm, a transportation project involved in delivering supplies and equipment to Indian Health Service facilities.
