Health event protects Alamo Airmen through vaccination and education

Members of the 433rd Airlift Wing, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, receive vaccinations against influenza, polio and other illnesses. First Lt. David Richardson administers a nasal flu mist to Staff Sgt. Robert Hizar from the 433rd Command Post. The mist is made from live flu virus and protects Airmen from several flu strains including H1N1.
