Chief Master Sergeant Emil Garza Sr., Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 433rd Airlift Wing, speaks to more than 700 basic trainees about the importance of commitment and being good wingmen. During his speech Chief Garza awarded the BEAST Excellence award to the group that scored highest during observation of warrior skills.
