Service members, civilians and military family members from the Alamo Wing volunteered to operate a burger booth and raise money during Fiesta 2011. Fiesta is an annual city-wide multi-day, multi-event period designed to raise money for charitable causes. Oyster Bake is one of the multiple events, which along with raising money for charity helps raise and promote cultural awareness and appreciation by incorporating transcendental elements such as food, music and art in a family-friendly environment.
