Maj. Gen. J. Frank Padilla, 10th Air Force commander, presents Natalie Woods Andrews a certificate of appreciation from the United Sates Air Force signed by Gen. Norton A. Schwartz, Chief of Staff of the Air Force and Lt. Gen. Charles E. Stenner Jr., Chief of Air Force Reserve. Andrews was presented the certificate in recognition of her support and sacrifice as a military spouse to Col. Dale Andrews, former 433rd Airlift Wing vice commander, who retired after 33 years of service. Col.
