Retired Col. Dale Andrews, former 433rd Airlift Wing vice commander, embraces an American flag during his retirement ceremony May 14, 2011. The flag was presented to him by the 433rd Airlift Wing Honor Guard on behalf of the men and women of the Alamo Wing during a ceremony at the Inter-American Air Forces Academy Auditorium, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
