Tech. Sgt. Ricardo Chavez, 433rd Training Squadron military training instructor, official Air Force photo with traditional MTI hat with blue rope, which symbolizes his status as a master military training instrustor. Chavez currently serves fulltime on an Active Guard and Reserve tour of duty as the 737th Training Support Squadron unit training manager. Besides his MTI duties, Chavez is responsible for the overall management of the unit's training program.
