Justin Robinson, 308th Fighter Squadron, explains the instruments inside an F-16 Falcon to former U.S. Ambassador and 433rd Airlift Wing honorary commander Sichan Siv during the 433rd Airlift Wing's recent civic leader tour to Luke and Davis Monthan Air Force Bases in Arizona. Amabassador Siv was one of 17 San Antonio civic leaders to take the tour. Civic leaders also flew in an F-16 simulator, met with other local civic leaders from the Phoenix and Tucson areas, visited the 305th Rescue Squadron pararescuemen and toured the Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group, also known as "The Boneyard".
