Airmen develop skills in NCO Leadership Development Course held at Alamo Wing
Airmen from the NonCommissioned Officers' Leadership Development Course with their instructors and 433rd Airlift Wing Command Chief Emil Garza commemorate the conclusion of the course on June 22, 2012 at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. The NCOLDC is a 10-day curriculum immersing the Airmen in lessons about leadership, management and communications. Attendees between the ranks of senior airman and technical sergeant participate in the course. Phase one of the course incorporates leadership, management and military heritage.
