Command Chief encourages Airmen after BEASTchallenge
433rd Airlift Wing Command Chief Emil Garza speaks to over 600 trainees after the culmination exercise of the Basic Expeditionary Airman Skills and Training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. The BEAST gives Air Force trainees a more realistic forward-operating base environment to practice wartime skills. "This prepares them for deployment. Their instructors give them their dogtags for the first time. It is awesome," Chief Garza said. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech Sgt. Carlos J. Trevino)
