Texas Reserve wing commander tours wounded warrior facility

Col. Jeffrey T. Pennington, 433rd Airlift Wing commander, takes a moment before his tour of the Center for Intrepid for wounded warriors on Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston May 13.
