JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas -- Air Force Maj. Jesse Howard arrested for solicitation.
According to the San Antonio police department, Howard, 41, a chaplain with the 433rd Airlift Wing, was arrested around 2 p.m. for alleged solicitation of a minor Thursday within the 6200 block of Highway 151. At this time is no further information is releasable on Howard’s arrest.
