Col. Thomas K. Smith Jr., 433rd Airlift Wing commander, is recognized at the Air Force Basic Military Training Parade April 15, 2016 at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. Smith Jr., 433rd Airlift Wing commander, is recognized at the Air Force Basic Military Training Parade April 15, 2016 at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas.
