The 433rd Logistics Readiness Squadron has a star working in their midst, Capt. Robert Orallo, III. Orallo, a fuels flight commander, was awarded the 2015 Air Force Reserve Command Logistics Readiness Squadron Company Grade Officer of the Year award on March 2.

The Air Force Reserve Logistics Awards recognizes individuals within the maintenance and logistics readiness communities for their outstanding contributions to the success of the Air Force and Department of Defense missions.

"I was ecstatic when I found out," said Orallo. "I guess all those emotions come through. Is this really happening?"

Orallo, provided superb supervision completing over 100 refuels, supplying and logistics management services. He orchestrated a master vehicle re-organization plan by balancing and redistributing 65 mission critical assets with zero sortie delays and spearheaded the repairs of 30 aging High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles.

"His 'can-do' attitude and willingness to step up and volunteer for all tasks and opportunities put before him were key to his nomination and success," said Maj. Tobby Evans, 433rd Logistics Readiness Squadron operations officer.

"This is something I have been working really hard at", said Orallo. "Everyone that I have had the chance to work with is a rock star. Everything they have done I've been able to be a part of and I am so grateful that they would include me in their endeavors and make sure the Logistics Readiness Squadron is doing great things."
