433rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron Chief Retires Published Oct. 11, 2024 By Master Sgt. Jacob Lewis 433rd Airlift Wing JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas -- Chief Master Sgt. Lisa Lopez, 433rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron senior enlisted leader, retired from the United States Air Force Reserve here Oct. 5 after nearly 30 years of military service. Lopez began her Air Force career in August 1995. Throughout her career, she has graduated Health Services Management technical school, and cross trained as an Aerospace Medical Technician at Sheppard Air Force Base. In 2010, Lopez relocated to Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado with the 34th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron where she stood up the self-assessment inspection program for Management Internal Control Toolset compliance. The following year, Lopez returned to the 433rd AES, where she deployed twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Over her career, she lead hundreds of medics and helmed various leadership positions.
