Power outage at JBSA-Lackland Published March 30, 2019 By 502nd Air Base Wing Public Affairs 502nd Air Base Wing Public Affairs JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas -- Civil engineers are currently responding to a power outage at JBSA-Lackland. Affected facilities include the AAFES Main Exchange, Commissary, Youth Center, golf course, and satellite pharmacy. Due to the outage, these facilities will not be opening at their normally scheduled times. Gate hours remain unchanged and updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
