The Alamo Wing, home to San Antonio's only Air Force Reserve unit equiped with the C-5A Galaxy , will celebrate an historic 60 years of service this year. Members of the 433rd Airlift Wing are part of a team of proud citizen-Airmen who have dedicated themselves to the service of our country during the past six decades. Past and present Airmen of the 433rd Airlift  and their families will always be part of the Alamo Wing family and are invited to join us in celebrating this birthday.

The Alamo Wing's 60th Anniversary Celebration Dinner will be held Saturday, September 10, 2011, in the ballroom of the Gateway Club on Lackland AFB, Texas.
