A retirement ceremony honoring the 30-year Air Force career of Col. Pamela Scott, 433rd Medical Squadron commander was held March 4 at the Kelly Annex.   During the ceremony, she reflected on her time in service to both active duty and the Air Force Reserve.  Scott noted the key to her longevity was being able to adapt to changes. She encouraged Airmen to consider changes and hardships as opportunities to move forward in both their military career and personal lives and thanked her fellow Airmen for their camaraderie and dedication to the tasks  they perform.
