JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas -- Col. Thomas K. Smith, 433rd Operations Group deputy commander, closes his eyes and accepts a friendly farewell water attack from 433rd Airlift Wing Commander Col. Jeffrey T. Pennington, Lt. Col. James C Miller, 68th Airlift Wing operations officer and Lt. Col. Jimmie P. Brooks, 433rd Operations Support Squadron commander at the conclusion of his fini-flight on August 22, 2012 at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas.
