433rd MXS welcomes new commander

The 433rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron welcomed new commander, Lt. Col. Michael Webb during a change of command ceremony, Nov. 3 at the Inter-American Forces Academy auditorium on Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. Col. Charles Combs, 433rd Maintenance Group Commander, was the host of the ceremony.

Webb comes to the Aircraft Maintenance Squadron from the 433rd Maintenance Squadron, where he served as commander.

Webb succeeds Lt. Col. Jay Johnson, who served as the commander from 2009 to 2012. Johnson will begin serving his new position at Robins AFB, GA, as the Action Officer, for the Commanders Action Group, AFRC Headquarters.
