The 960th Cyberspace Operation Group, hosted the Air Force Reserve Command's Knowledge Management Working Group Agenda July 10-15 here. The goal of the working group was to have a full spectrum knowledge management community collaboration to equip the Knowledge Management Centers across AFRC.

The significance of the event was to provide the initial alignment of AFRC commander mantra on "capabilities". The KM community consisted of Active Duty, Air National Guard, and Reserve who had weeklong collaboration equipping the KM community as a whole. The group covered all core competencies for the KM Air Force Specialty Code from continuous process improvements to information security and SharePoint branding.

"This week's event was "knowledge worth sharing" said Master Sgt. Thameka Whittingham, 960th CyOG knowledge management center lead specialist. "The community has shifted from administrative to innovative. We are now able to share "best practices", and speak on capabilities ensuring the commanders of the various mission sets are reaching decision points for an effective fight."
