Former load master tours C-5M Super Galaxy Published Feb. 23, 2017 433rd Airlift Wing Public Affairs JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas -- The 433rd Airlift Wing hosted Charlie Adcock, Family Motor Coach Association president, and Jon Walker FMCA senior vice president Feb. 21 here. Master Sgt. Dave Delgado, 356th Airlift Squadron load master, lead the tour of a C-5M Super Galaxy aircraft. Adock, a load master who retired from the Air Force in 1984, worked on several airframes to include the C-141, C-47, and C-130. "I was really impressed with C-5M Super Galaxy upgrades," he said. "I remember the old C-5A models, and these new engines and pilot controls are amazing."
