Top 3 Host C-5 Rodeo Breakfast Published Feb. 15, 2017 433rd Airlift Wing Public Affairs Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas -- The 433rd Airlift Wing Top 3 association hosted the C-5 Rodeo Breakfast Feb. 9 at Joint Base here. The breakfast included free tacos, drinks, and music. The Top 3 is comprised of senior enlisted Air Force members in the ranks of master sergeant, senior master sgt. and chief master sgt., who promote the welfare and recognition of enlisted members by providing knowledge, leadership, and experience.
